The best security guarantee in the handling of the fleet as well as punctuality with regard to delivery that TDS offers pertains to a policy of formation, training, and promotion for those drivers over 10 years of uninterrupted service. Each new driver - eventhough in compliance with the requirement of previous experience in the handling of cargo vehicles required by the company, must follow the diverse programs of training at TDS, in order to comply with the levels of competence required by the company. These programs of standardization, include among other aspects:

• Knowledge with regard to access roads, including the most remote locations.
• Knowledge of national, state and municipal transportation laws
• Security Procedures.
• Communicational skills through the use of satellite controls, which permits permanent communication between TDS and every transportation unit. (Optional)

• Knowledge of public, human relations, applied to the delivery, so that the attention given to the addressee be one of efficiency, respect, and courtesy, in order to preserve an optimum image, both from TDS and from the sender, who at the moment of delivery must be represented with dignity.

A team of well trained, uniformed drivers puts in practice the principles of total quality and the focus on profitability and finals results, which affects the healthy development of TDS, as well as the satisfaction and prosperity of our customers and, at last, in the social and economic welfare of the country.
