The Main Center
of Operation is located in Guatire, State of Miranda, Venezuela.
This Main Center develops all strategic planning for the organization,
thus providing the resulting guidelines to every one of the remaining
Centers of Operations. The Main Center of Operation
coordinates the necessary logistics for the transportation of merchandise
to other Centers of Operation. This Main Center functions additionally
as a consulting center that offers support and guidance to the other centers.

The Management at Headquaters
- Develops strategic planning for the organization and implements the
correspondent monitoring.
- Designs and implements roles, policies, standards and procedures which
guide the human team toward efficient performance and the proper use
of resources.
- Communicates and promotes the fundamental principles and objectives
of the organization.
- Designs programs and events that promote the active participation
of each individual within of the organization, thus generating a healthy
commitment.
- Designs operative manuals.
- Develops and coordinates special projects in the area of Customer
Service.
- Plans inventories.
- Checks reports originated at the Centers
of Operation.
- Prepares periodical reports.
The Management at the Centers
of Operation is responsible for coordinating all the administrative
and operative activities generated in the program of processing granted
by the customer. Such activities include:
- Permanent communication with the drivers before, during, and after
the transportation and distribution of the merchandise.
- Supervision, updates and replacement of itineraries.
- Supervision of the flow of commands.
- Updating database.
- Preparation of expense analysis.
- Polls the performance of drivers.
- Prepares statistical reports.
